Initial power connections to stands are made as soon as possible but will not be available for stand construction by contractors at the start of build up unless a temporary supply has been ordered from Index Group Ltd.

Please note that on Friday 27 September the hall will be open to exhibitors and contractors from 8.00 each morning. All exhibitors and contractors should vacate the hall 30 minutes after the show close each evening (apart from the last day of the show when the breakdown process begins). Please note that power to all stands will be switched off 30 minutes after the show closes each day unless a 24hr supply has been requested via Index Group Ltd.

What is my stand number?
The stand number is on the homepage of the exhibitor zone. 

Where is my stand located?
Please find attached the floorplan where you can see where your stand is located.

Do you have a ticket link and is it free?
Yes, the ticket link is free. The ticket link can be found on the web banner and social banner pages. If you can't find it please contact alicia.kennedy@futurenet.com who will set you up a unique link. The unique ticket link can track how many people register with your free ticket link and, if you get over a 100 people to attend the show, you can win a £100 Amazon voucher.

How many physical tickets can I have?
There is no limit on how many physical tickets you can have. 

When can we build our stand at the show?
If you have a space only stand you can access the hall from  Tuesday 19th  & Wednesday 20th September from 8am till 6pm,  Thursday 21st September from 8am till 8pm. If you have a shell scheme you can access the hall from Wednesday 20th September 2pm till 6pm and Thursday 21st September 8am till 8pm.

When can we breakdown our stand?
If you have a space only and shell scheme you can break your stand down on Sunday 24th September from 5.30pm to 9pm. Space only have access on Monday 25th from 8am to 12pm. Please note all shell scheme exhibits and stand fittings must be removed from the hall by 21:00 on Sunday 24th September 2023.

I want to change the name of my stand
Contact your Account Manager and tell them what you would like your stand name to be called. We will then make sure it is updated on the website and Show Guide.
