CDI Innovative Construction Materials provide a range of innovative domestic concrete floor system, including our premier floor system, Lewis Deck. These high performance structural floor systems can be laid on timber or steel joists, providing floor reinforcement, wet room systems, underfloor heating, insulated concrete roof & ground floor systems for high load bearing situations. These are suitable for all types of construction from residential to industrial from new built to renovations.

We cover the whole of the UK and Ireland from our office and warehouse in Co. Durham in the North East of England. We can often be found on the road, on the train or in the air, visiting Architects, Engineers, building sites and clients to give CPD style presentations or instructions on how our systems are installed to achieve the desired results. We also spend a lot of time at trade shows showing off our systems and getting to talk and discuss face to face with potential clients on how our systems will benefit differing types of construction projects from small domestic extensions to large multi-storey buildings.

CDI are the sole distributor in the UK and Ireland for Lewis Deck, Op-Deck, Hody, Max4 and FastSlab systems.
