We reduce the confusion and simplify the process by offering: fixed-fee design packages, build payment in arrears, design and build management and a 3 Year structural guarantee.
Design Phase
We offer a variety of fixed-fee, architectural design packages which can be adapted to suit your needs. You can commit to everything from the very beginning, or build your package as you go.
Build Phase
We offer a full project management service and on completion you will receive our 3 year structural guarantee. As part of our two-Stage process, you are also free to tender the scheme to other contractors should you wish.
