A bespoke luxury 5-bedroom SIPs home in the Cotswolds.  With the exclusion of the basement that was constructed in ICF, Sips Eco provided the 2-storey build from DPC upwards using Sips Eco thermally efficient wall  & roof panels and Sips Eco metal web joists.

This energy efficient home is heated by a ground source heat pump and is equipped with an MVHR system.

This project is an exceptional example of achieving an extremely high standard of thermal efficiency to Passivhaus standards.

The fantastic full height glazing area at the front entrance required the design of a steel portal frame in order to support this area.  Extra focus was placed here to mitigate the cold bridge and retain thermal efficiency by the designer and installers on site.

The house if finished externally with a mix of Cotswold Cream and Cotswold Gold stone to clad the building.
